October 28-29, 2023 Application is now open to join the Fordham 2023 Delegation to annual social justice conference in Washington, DC.
The Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice (IFTJ) is an annual gathering for members of the Ignatian family (Jesuit institutions and the larger church) to come together in the context of social justice and solidarity to learn, reflect, pray, network, and advocate together.
It is a place where people are empowered, re-energized, inspired, challenged, and supported by a community that sees faith and justice integrally linked.
Now in its 28th year, the IFTJ has a rich history rooted in honoring the Jesuits and their companions who were martyred in El Salvador in 1989.
This year’s IFTJ conference will be held in person in Washington D.C from October 28-30th. Keynote speakers include Sr. Norma Pimental, Ellie Hidalgo, Monique Trusclaire Maddox, and Fr. Bryan Massingale from Fordham University! Fill out an application to join the Fordham delegation. The Pedro Arrupe Volunteers are leading our delegation.
